Edublogs in AMDSB

Edublogs as Digital Portfolios are being used by over 7000 students and teachers in the Avon Maitland District School Board. Our project originally began as a TLLP in 2013, and after receiving funding from the Ontario Ministry of Education in 2014 and 2015, our team expanded the work to include teachers in all 31 elementary schools in AMDSB. Today the work continues to move forward with the purpose of providing students with a balance of inquiry-based learning opportunities leveraged by the power of a digital learning platform (Edublogs) to improve 21st Century Competencies.
